Join us at our studio for boxing and sport conditioning classes! Classes start December 15.
Our new studio provides dedicated training for boxing and sport conditioning. We focus on proper technique, safety, and fun, with small group sizes and personalized coaching. Choose from boxing classes for kids (5+) and adults, sport conditioning sessions ( 7-12Y), or private training with our certified coach.
Derek is a certified Level 2 boxing instructor and registered official with Boxing BC. He started boxing as an amateur and grew to love the discipline and focus it brings.
Now, he teaches with patience and purpose—helping students of all ages build confidence, improve fitness, and learn the basics of boxing in a safe, respectful space.
